Mississippi Valley State University National Alumni Association, Inc. Constitution and Bylaws Revised April 2023/Adopted July 2024 We, the alumni and supporters of Mississippi Valley State University (MVSU) residing in Harrison County, Mississippi, recognizing the need to promote unity, foster alumni engagement, and support the mission of our alma mater, do hereby establish this Constitution and Bylaws for the Mississippi Valley State University National Alumni Association – Harrison County Chapter.

The Harrison County Chapter

The name of this organization shall be the Mississippi Valley State University National Alumni Association – Harrison County Chapter, hereinafter referred to as “the Chapter.”
